Privacy notice
This notice explains how Kingsmere Wealth Consulting handles personal data when you visit securenetiq.digital or enquire about financial advice.
Data controller
Kingsmere Wealth Consulting is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and related advisory enquiries. Address: 9935 W High Street, Castle Murphy, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Email: hello@securenetiq.digital. Phone: +44-9-044-6284.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry content, preferred call windows, and consultation interests
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Documents and financial details you later provide under an engagement letter
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests and, where you initiate a contract discussion, steps toward a contract). Client engagement data is processed to deliver advice, meet regulatory obligations, and maintain records. Analytics run only when you accept optional cookies (consent).
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained for up to 24 months. Client files are retained for the periods required by financial advice regulation and our professional indemnity requirements, often six years or longer after the last advice. Analytics data, where enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings, ordinarily no longer than 26 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
International transfers
We aim to store client files within the United Kingdom. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, and we will tell you when a transfer is material to your engagement.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host email or secure file transfer, with professional advisers you authorise (for example your accountant or solicitor), and with regulators when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Security
We apply access controls, staff confidentiality expectations, and secure transfer guidance for statements. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full account numbers by unencrypted email.
